Thanks to which Ukraine is a co-owner of the project Sea start (together with the USA, Russia and Norway). NASA 3SL - the most environmentally friendly launch vehicles in the world. This project consists in start of commercial freights into an orbit from the floating spaceport on the equator. So, all start-up Zenit-3SL were executed from the floating platform "Ocean Odyssey" within the project Sea start. Its other modifications were started from Baikonur Cosmodrome.
