This project consists in start of commercial freights into an orbit from the floating spaceport on the equator. So, all start-up Zenit-3SL were executed from the floating platform "Ocean Odyssey" within the project Sea start. Its other modifications were started from Baikonur Cosmodrome.

1. The Ukrainian anthem consists of only six lines, but not four couplets and two refrains. The second, third and fourth couplets of the anthem written by the poet Pavel Chubinsky and the composer Mikhail Verbitsky weren't approved in 2003. They should are approved because deputies of the Verkhovna Rada considered them not absolutely correct because of words that meant claims for territories of Russia and Poland.
